Incredible culture. Great leadership from top to bottom. Reasonable quotas. Great comp. Eric (CEO) truly cares about his people and this has a huge trickle down effect. Highly recommend.

In 5 years at the company, it changed a ton due to an anomaly of hypergrowth. Hyper-collaborative, supportive, and strong leadership in office prior to 2020, with the same culture moving forward remotely into 2021. As expected, board members and leadership added pressure when things settle down. The product and resources are still best in class. Comp is average.
