Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Really good company to be an SDR at. Inbound SDR is a grind and pay isn't great but once you hit OB there is a massive jump. Expect to be at inbound 3-4months if you're a good rep. It's used as training on sales strategy, internal SOP's and the product. OB SDR's get the same base pay but a 5x to 10x increase on meeting commissions, and 1.5% - 2% of closed deals. Inbound OTE realistically like $70k, Outbound I've seen anywhere from $80k to $250k with the average sitting around $120k for a solid rep. No cap on commissions.
Culture is super competitive but not in a toxic way. Everyone is very open to helping each other out. Product is expensive but it's clearly the best in the space so decently easy to sell.
C-suite has their heads screwed on straight and are good leaders. Expect to see them in the office which is nice. If you're comfortable asking for help they won't leave you out to struggle alone.
