The most toxic place that I have ever worked and it took the fun out of selling. Everyone is overly stressed, and management takes the stress out on the reps. Unfortunately, some sellers in the past who used questionable sales tactics have done a lot of damage to the ZoomInfo sales brand making it even harder to sell.

my over all expereince was pretty solid. I was able to work my way up through inbound sdr to outbound and then eventually became and AE there. Leadership is solid.

My experience with SDR leadership team has been amazing, very supportive of your goals and needs. The opportunity for promotion to AE is there for the taking. Only drawback for me really is that they underpay internal promotion hires vs external hires.
