Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Zillow Rentals is an organization in transition. It is trying to compete with apartments.com and has potential. They are trying to hit a particular property count to appease shareholders and Wall St, not taking into account the effect their direction has on a very smart workforce. In my opinion they will lose many strong performers as they continue chasing widgets.
Leadership is strong and work colleagues were amazing. You are not micromanaged, but Managers have very little say on what occurs on a corporate level. Plenty of opportunity to develop yourself within org if you are motivated. Support for product offerings is poor. Marketing collateral for certain products is marginal at best. They could use a lawyer to iron out some of their vague sales policies. Training is subpar, with essentially only person having the official "Trainer" title. He is fantastic, but is spread way too thin. Benefits were some of the best I ever had. They claim to be about equity and inclusion and that could be the case with the other business lines they have, but rentals is very vanilla. Website isn't even translated into Spanish where others are. Browse Other Reviews
