Shortly after joining, the head of global sales was let go on very short notice, six months afterwards, the head of NA sales left as well. During this time, there was not a cohesive coordinated sales motion and felt like everyone was on their own.
Luckily, all that has passed so if you are considering a position in sales here, this chaos should have settled down.
