Market opportunity/size is restricted. Very RFP centric. Demand gen is almost non-existent. This is a challenging sale in an increasing commoditized space. Every vendor chasing a few available deals

Pay and comp structure is fair to strong. Leadership turnover in sales has been very frequent but hopefully will smooth out soon. Market potential is big and this is a place where 7 figures is possible for top reps.
