Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Overall an ok AE / closing role (at least in Mid Market) if you're looking to move up from SMB, but a lot of people that got promoted from MM to ENT got demoted due to layoffs - HUGE layoffs happened 4 times while I was there for 3.5 years. C-suite is a revolving door. SDRs mainly focus on inbound leads and Leads for AEs in general is pretty much non existent - there's 1 SDR for every 7-8 MM AE reps. Expect to be a CSM if you're in MM too for low spend accounts and run your own QBR/SBRs for those low spend accounts. Also expect to be a Customer Support contact for them too. Browse Other Reviews
