Current Employee2.6Oct 21, 2024Many things have changed in my time at Yelp. Most notably the leadership approach has changed and are putting everyone on PIPs each month for various reasons. Even though many are doable they stress and ability to take time off is strained as there is no way to make up for those PIPs if you are not at full steam basically each and every day.
