Many things have changed in my time at Yelp. Most notably the leadership approach has changed and are putting everyone on PIPs each month for various reasons. Even though many are doable they stress and ability to take time off is strained as there is no way to make up for those PIPs if you are not at full steam basically each and every day.

Yelp doesn’t pay well and has an unrealistic strategy compared to competitors. They don’t listen to the client they only care about getting the sale. The goal is to listen to the client and then offer them products that best fit their needs according to their business goals.
