high highs, low lows, out of my 11 managers, only 2 were able to teach me new things/what i didnt know. most managers were promoted within a yr or 2 after being hired as college grads with 0 life experience and cannot lead well nor produce consistent results across their teams.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone in less in dire need of money, or you enjoy people telling you you're scum and slimy sales tactics
