I'm still in training but I have definitely did my research and would agree with other former colleagues that it is a dying product and does not have a great market fit.

The incentive to make great miner is top tier but the base pay could be better. Benefits are AMAZING

This is a great first job - you learn to get over you fears of cold calling, resiliency, and there is GREAT work life balance. However, compensation can be better. The company is also too proactive in trying to be woke.
