Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Xometry started out great with generous comp and clear roles. Since I started, I have had 6 bosses and 3 comp plans. There is constant chaos in upper management with no eye towards measuring the success of a plan. The C levels are very obsessive and panic about minor or insignificant issues daily. There are endless fire drills. Ultimately, all of that was manageable until they changed the comp plan from % of revenue into a plan based on achievement to goal, complete with arbitrary and insane goals. 200% growth goals in enterprise were common. Even if you managed to hit them, the goals would increase by 100% again, sometimes retroactively. The whole thing was designed to allow them to change your goal and therefore pay you under your OTE. As expected, NOBODY with any ability will stay through such BS. What did they expect?! Browse Other Reviews
