In theory, Xometry’s marketplace should be solving pain points for manufacturers, but the unfortunate reality is that rising costs and declining quality are driving customers away. Without major change Xometry risks losing any sort of competitive edge they once had in the on-demand manufacturing space.

The product market fit is great at Xometry and the demand for what we are doing is high. The managers are great people as well and it is not a crazy amount of work. That being said, there have been multiple months in the past year where 5 reps or less have hit quota out of nearly 35.
