Lots of great opportunity. Enterprise has massive accounts with lots of revenue. The commissions are strong but could be a higher percentage. New customers love Xometry but often become frustrated with post order issues. If you want to really be great and retain clients, you will have to work with project managers to ensure strong delivery. This work is not covered in the comp plan and is a huge draw on bandwidth but pays off in the long run. Sales is supported but the rest of the org is not built for enterprise large-scale work. You will be well paid but there are no $1MM+ deals here. Formal career development is very weak. Solid job at a growing company but has hurdles to jump before it joins the S&P.

The product market fit is great at Xometry and the demand for what we are doing is high. The managers are great people as well and it is not a crazy amount of work.
