The biggest one being the new commission structure. The role itself is simple on paper, but can be stressful at times.

There is constant chaos in upper management with no eye towards measuring the success of a plan. The C levels are very obsessive and panic about minor or insignificant issues daily. New customers love Xometry but often become frustrated with post order issues.
