Good place to work. Quota is set fairly. Challenge is selling to churches who are slow to move and set in their ways.

I have a wonderful manager here and fantastic opportunity. We will see where this goes…the VP seems to constantly adjusting pay which causes stress and I’m concerned that it will be hard to make good money in the coming months.

Old school leadership looking to add heads to hit list unrealistic targets instead of getting 80% of the team to 80% attainment. Product engineers are not focused on needle moving changes. Companies with half the development team are making bigger moves in the market.

Almost all reps are missing quota by a significant margin, do not waste your time here! Pushpay has priced themselves out of the market b/c they are 3-4 times as expensive as their competitors. This would not be a problem if marketing & Business Development efforts were being focused on true mid-market customers that are willing to pay more for a premium product....Read More
