This company has very high turnover for sales leadership. They have had 4 VP I’d Sales in 4 years and the turnover for sales people is also very high. Even the top-performing rep month-over-month never hit the unreasonably high quota they have set. The OTE is not attainable. 0% of the team has hit quota over the last 10 months and they put every single AE on the team on a PIP because they believe it is the salesperson’s fault, not leadership. The product is also not a product that is needed, but more of an add-on.

poor experience overall. revolving door of leadership because upper leadership has no idea what they're doing and blame sales reps. Unattainable goals, no one hits quota or makes any money. Trials/pilots go on for over a year because the product does not work. VPs are airheads. The list goes on
