My overall experience was great. During my cadence at Wrike we had some great leaders who really helped leveling-up the culture and kept retention low. Unfortunately, it wasn't always like that, not to mention the Citrix period.

Great place to work! Culture is great. Pay structure could use a little work. Higher base pay would make it perfect!

It was really good... until it wasn't. Strong product, but pay for an SDR was well below average. Having a quarterly bonus structure was definitely a plus.
