Workwave is a great place to start your sales career. Would not stay past two years. Leadership consists of once great individual contributors but they are not leaders. They do not develop your skills or help with your career goals. Higher ups are all about how to make the sales team look appealing for them to sell the company. Unrealistic goals and expectations for the sales team. Leadership thinks ENT sale cycles are 3-4 weeks when in reality it’s 6-8 MONTHS

Onboarding is laborous and unstructured. Company culture is great. Base pay is lack luster but great benefits makes up for it.

The story and experience for a rep here will greatly depend on the product you're tasked with selling and who your direct report is. Speaking to segmentation, the emerging team is a grindhouse with no real care for the reps or clients, the strategic team is better but leadership is out of touch.
