The story and experience for a rep here will greatly depend on the product you're tasked with selling and who your direct report is. Speaking to segmentation, the emerging team is a grindhouse with no real care for the reps or clients, the strategic team is better but leadership is out of touch.

Onboarding is laborous and unstructured. Company culture is great. Base pay is lack luster but great benefits makes up for it.

My overall experience is rapidly deteriorating. The executive level management are very transactional and there is little to no transparency at a group level. The international business units are unsupported and under-invested in.
