The story and experience for a rep here will greatly depend on the product you're tasked with selling and who your direct report is. Speaking to segmentation, the emerging team is a grindhouse with no real care for the reps or clients, the strategic team is better but leadership is out of touch.

Half of the team hit quota. There were changed made in the 4th quarter that greatly affected the ability to hit quota.
