Use to be a great place to work, but lots of internal politics getting in the way of actually executing on the business front. More worried about process vs closing deals. Senior Leadership in SDR org is relying on dated ways to generate "quality" opportunities. They keep moving to goalposts further and further, making it harder for us to make money. They're taking money out of our family's pockets and no longer care about the people.
