I've worked for a number of large enterprise software companies, but in my opinion Workday was of the most political I've been at. It very much seems to be a "boys club" and as a woman I wasn't given as many opportunities as some of my counterparts. Ultimately I ended up leaving when I wasn't given an opportunity for advancement in the company but men were being given those opportunities.

Bad leadership, negative atmosphere. Slow decision process. Should have a vision and a plan. They are not strategic thinking

Currently going through a substantial change under new executive leadership. Sales organization has been completely shaken up - not sure what the future holds. Will have to wait and see what happens.
