Company seems to have gone through a hiring craze and I've seen this play out (no pun intended) before with other "playbook" companies where they scale sales so aggressively that opportunity dries up for most reps. Is that the case at Wiz or not yet?
More QuestionsI’ve read great things about Wiz and the “upcoming IPO”, I see there’s a SoCal Enterprise role open but I’m concerned with their “playbook” approach and how well that does or doesn’t not mesh with customers and build the internal culture.
Is Wiz still worth joining?Glassdoor has some very unhappy sales people - is the vibe as toxic as reviewers are making it out to be?
