Most competitive work environment I’ve worked it. It was a dog eat dog work place. Leadership had unrealistic expectations but the training and skill was top notch.

Dental space is getting so saturated with competition. I think they are banking on partnering with medspa EHR software when in reality they should just make Weave Core (non-integrated) it's own EHR system with a phone system integrated but that is way above my paygrade.

Weave is a great company with a product (best in class) that is easy to sell and fills a huge need. Good relationships make or break your chance of being successful.
