Current Employee2.6Nov 14, 2024Very sink or swim on outbound. They will not promote outbound reps to inbound anymore. Seems that they are not promoting to director roles either. Some people have a knack for it and can do very well. However, on outbound only 7 people (out of 130) can hit the quota they've set month over month.
