There were people making $180,000+ but in the end it was a glorified call center. Just calling every day, 50+ SMB medical offices. Nothing strategic, just spraying and praying. Heard and saw so much homophobic and racist things. The math for OTE does not add up either. When brought up to the head of sales he could not answer how it was $60k off.
