The company has many capable leaders, but there are also quite a few who are resistant to feedback and constructive criticism. As the organization expands, it appears that long-term employees are not receiving the support they deserve. The prevailing attitude seems to be, "If our employees aren't leaving, we must be doing something right," but this overlooks the growing dissatisfaction among staff regarding various issues. Many employees are eager for change, yet feel their concerns are largely ignored. Job responsibilities are shifting, and there’s little recognition or reward for taking on extra tasks. Additionally, there is a significant disparity in commission structures across different roles, making it difficult for some to meet their quotas—an issue that seems to go unaddressed.

Its clear most of Wasabi's internal promotions that make up most of today's sales management team were conducted on the basis of friendship rather than skill or competency. There's more than a few managers / directors who have no concept of selling or how to be a decent people manager.
