Back to ReviewsFormer Employee As a field account representative we were given the tools to be successful. Upper management was too metric driven and focused too much on the CRM tool- Salesforce. Base compensation was average and total compensation was also average but seems to be a lot more similar sales role with a lot higher potential earnings. Great place to get trained well and good experience then find a higher paying role with another company inside or outside of industry. Browse Other Reviews
