Strong company with a great market proposition very hard to make money year over year as they goal increase every 6 months. You also only worked named accounts so you cannot prospect outside of those in your aligned package.

Overall a good place to work. Good work-life balance, decent compensation, excellent tools and training. I really enjoyed my time at Grainger and would work there again. They have really good sales enablement which simplifies a lot of the complex things we did.
