The best part of Grainger is the people you work with. The company does provide some quality training, especially for folks brand new in sales. However, for more seasoned sales individuals, it is a bit basic. Working with their Government accounts, you are restricted in your ability to sell beyond the state/federally approved budget. Compensation plan could use some adjustments. Goals increasing double digits on average and pay at 100% to plan hasn’t increased. In a short time period, the Revenue has increased significantly but comp remains fairly consistent.
