Compensation plan could use some adjustments. Goals increasing double digits on average and pay at 100% to plan hasn’t increased. In a short time period, the Revenue has increased significantly but comp remains fairly consistent.

My experience here is been just ok. It’s a good springboard to learn B2B sales. They provide a ton of professional development and there is plenty of chance to grow within the org.
