The best part of Grainger is the people you work with. The company does provide some quality training, especially for folks brand new in sales. However, for more seasoned sales individuals, it is a bit basic. Working with their Government accounts, you are restricted in your ability to sell beyond the state/federally approved budget. Strong company with a great market proposition very hard to make money year over year as they goal increase every 6 months. You also only worked named accounts so you cannot prospect outside of those in your aligned package.
