Vivint Smart Home has a great culture! I had a lot of fun and made a lot of friends while working there. For the majority of the time I worked in Channel Sales(Cross Sales) my team felt like a family. The campus in Provo is great. The base compensation as a sales rep was a pity and the pay I received from commission was very inconsistent due to constantly fluctuating lead sources. Overall I had a great experience and I can't think of a better entry to inside sales.

Vivint is a great opportunity for people just starting out in Sales. If you are able to pick up and move to a new state every summer, then it's an excellent option.

Its a dog eat dog world. Job is straight commission and it can be stressful at times.
