Absolutely do not recommend working here and almost everyone I know who used to love it is now looking for an exit. From the perspective of an inside sales rep.

Former Employee4.0May 6, 2025Only have positives to say about Vivint Smart Home. This company truly has mastered the sales management structure. They know how to incentivize the heck out of their sales force. Big turnaround but only the strong sellers stay which is not so bad.
