Unobtainable goals. Visier is a great product with an out of touch leadership team, especially the Americas GM. Deals are slow and there is little to no inbound.

Awful Sales Leadership. Micromanagement. Ask about tenure of sales reps -Burn through reps. No one hits quota so OTE is useless.
