Not a lot to share about this place. Amazing product, crappy management. Welcome to HR Tech. Watch your back and learn the game, the Political game! It is all politics in this place. If you can sell, you will make some good coin here. There's a good chance it could go sour though. If you like political games, have at it. If you worked at ICIMS, you're guaranteed a year of employment too. It's on the third page of the employee agreement. Good luck to whomever gets hired here.

Unobtainable goals. Visier is a great product with an out of touch leadership team, especially the Americas GM. Deals are slow and there is little to no inbound.
