The people are great and love the remote aspect. Quota at every level is way out of range. High turnover and environment can be stressful when you're constantly chasing a goal that is impossible to obtain unless you had a lot of deal carry over from the previous quarter.

VT is full of incredibly talented and smart people who are friendly and helpful. However, the company still has a lot of growing to do and does not have much to offer in terms of benefits and/or perks. Onboarding was very difficult and support was inconsistent.
