My overall experience was fantastic. I love the team at VisibleThread. Leadership while I was there went through some pretty massive turnover which is why my ranking for Leadership is low, but the CEO is extremely passionate about the product and the people at VisibleThread are incredible.

The people are great and love the remote aspect. Quota at every level is way out of range. High turnover and environment can be stressful when you're constantly chasing a goal that is impossible to obtain unless you had a lot of deal carry over from the previous quarter.

My overall experience was interesting to say the least. Fantastic product and ambitious sales team. I would recommend management to really nurture your employees. More incentives and respect goes a long way!
