VersaPay had good people overall and the CEO was competent, kind and determined. Compensation was pretty poor for the SDR team though, and overall it felt like the SDRs weren't a respected team. Unrealistic quota, poor training. Things may have changed by now.

Company was solid until Private Equity took control and tried to marry 4 incompatible payments and accounts receivable automation companies. Poor leadership, dwindling customer service, and punishing top sales performers by taking away incentives.

As much as I love the company, the job, and the role, it is unfortunate that this company assigned an incompetent "lead" to train me and force me to read his script.
