Overall not great, got a lot of reps at cold calls but outside of that you make just your below average salary, have to hit a talk time metric everyday and make no commision on the deals you source. Plus the monthly quotas are massive ontop of tests you must pass around product knowledge.

Product is 90% of the way to easily being considered the best solution in the physical security industry. Strong sales culture, but commissions aren't great.
