Anyone have any experience with UK office ? Sam culture and drawbacks as US office ?

Quota attainment here is very low. I’m not new to Verkada and I personally haven’t seen a quarter where the org finished above 20% attainment. Turnover is also extremely high as a result. Almost all quota attainment is attributed to ramping reps.

Didn't work in that office personally, but they're typically lowest in attainment (which is saying a lot, since no offices ever hit). Culture is fairly similar throughout the company all over the globe, but things are definitely better in the satellite offices vs. HQ. UK office is said to have some good people and culture, but you won't hit quota and therefore won't make commission.

Not a SHOT attainment is 80% considering Org wide it was 16% attainment... Multiple of my training class were lied to about attainment and showed false/ old documentation (from 2019 lol.)

Average attainment (a skewed metric) is over 85% - used to be 116%. Grew org 60% in headcount last year ... of course there will be challenges.

The best way to crush it at Verkada is have an attitude, understand our product is Best in Class, and get creative to get your foot in the door. Our org has a 40% win rate... the products are killer IF you can get your foot in the door.

The person below who answered this question is likely very new to Verkada. at the end of our Q1 in April, half of our offices hit their quota. and outside of the last 2 quarters which have been tough on tech, an overwhelming majority of teams and reps hit quota. the average attainment is right around 80%.

now for culture, we certainly have problems but have been making strides in the right direction.
