Great teams to work with and good culture but the leadership team has no idea what they are doing. The company also pays below average compared to other tech companies even if you are a top performer they only give out minimal raises. All their top sales reps leave every year due to a lack of opportunity for growth and lack of compensation.

My time at Verizon Connect was complicated. Verizon is known for playing politics within its organizations. However, they favored wireless employees for promotions over existing employees, creating hostility more than healthy competition. Despite these challenges, the benefits offered by the company are excellent.
