Current Employee1.7Sep 7, 2024A lot of changes and company is struggling to keep up with advancing competitiors.
Former Employee3.6Nov 25, 2024Verizon Connect offered good perks for employees. However, it was a very intense SDR environment and you had to be lucky to get decent inbound leads. Everything is tracked, time on calls, number of calls etc, so the culture is very micro-management style. Not a terrible place to work as an SDR, but better earning potential elsewhere.

Former Employee3.6Jan 24, 2024My overall experience was good through the transition of Verizon acquiring Fleetmatics. Change was constant - you needed to be able to keep up/adapt. Eventually, micromanagement and commission structure changes drove me to leave.

Former Employee3.0Mar 19, 2024Senior leadership has changed drastically since I’ve left, however positions are led by people who have fallen into management with a lack of training or experience. Very much a call centre vibe but good first tech job if you want to cut your teeth in SaaS.
