Senior leadership has changed drastically since I’ve left, however positions are led by people who have fallen into management with a lack of training or experience. Very much a call centre vibe but good first tech job if you want to cut your teeth in SaaS.

My overall experience was pretty good. I was the best at what I did. No real complaints, I left because I felt they were structuring things so that I couldn't make as much money.
