Your selling product at a premium price that is a bit outdated. You have a lot of upper leadership that are in a position that they shouldn’t be only because of who they know and these are the same people who are affecting the outcome of everyday processes and when they are not correct they are quick to blame others for their mistakes

My time at Verizon Connect was complicated. Verizon is known for playing politics within its organizations. However, they favored wireless employees for promotions over existing employees, creating hostility more than healthy competition. Despite these challenges, the benefits offered by the company are excellent.
