I thoroughly enjoyed (and prospered) at Verizon... it WAS a great company, but then "the woke generation" took over. Inexperienced MBAs with little experience and grandiose imaginations were appointed to senior roles with little merit, and promptly drove our stock from the mid $50's to $32 in just 18 months... but is was awesome for those 6 years

Great company with great leaders. A lot of growth opportunities to move up. High but attainable quotas and lower than average salaries.

VB was/is a terrific place to work. You're well taken care of financially and the benefits (health / retirement) are second to none.
