My overall experience working at Verizon has been pleasant. The company really cares about the workers and the customers. They have growth opportunities and even pay for school. Overall excellent company to work for.

Great place to work and earn but telecoms is a dying industry. Hard to be taken seriously outside of the industry and these roles will not exist in 10 years.

Overall experience was positive. Commission structure is easy to manage but heading in the wrong direction. Less opportunity to make money, yet higher quotas. Makes no sense taking away the previous multipliers only to increase quota, limiting the amount to be made per month. Easily made 6-8k in commission monthly, however that is now limited to about 4k
