Overall experience was positive. Commission structure is easy to manage but heading in the wrong direction. Less opportunity to make money, yet higher quotas. Makes no sense taking away the previous multipliers only to increase quota, limiting the amount to be made per month. Easily made 6-8k in commission monthly, however that is now limited to about 4k

The company has changed the commission structure no less than 3 times since I started working here. I've seen my average commission drop 30% over the past 3 years. While the benefits are great and it is a stable job from an employment aspect, they seem to consistently asking for more results while paying less
