Former Employee4.4Feb 4, 2024The overall experience was ok. It was amazing my first year. They offered everything, but then they got new management and we lost opportunities and privileges all around. Went downhill since covid. Lost transparency with customers and employees.

As far as the performance metrics though, they varied over the course of my tenure. As of late though most of the reps (85+%) have been outsourced, and the degree to which they wanted us to upsell and cross sell was just ridiculous.
