Current Employee3.3Jun 14, 2024The changes are constant but unvetted. There is no a/b testing and major shifts occur without notice that deeply impact pipeline. Leadership is kind and transparent, but often too full of sales hope and not sales strategy. Pay has been reduced and layoffs are eminent.
