Not a bad first sales job. There are for sure better options out there where you can make a lot more money and work less odd hours.

Salary is too low, comp structure is bad, lots of reps do not hit quota. I would say if you hit 100% every month you make 100k flat

The company has changed the commission structure no less than 3 times since I started working here. I've seen my average commission drop 30% over the past 3 years. While the benefits are great and it is a stable job from an employment aspect, they seem to consistently asking for more results while paying less
